At the age of 19 Nasser, CEO and Founder of That Pizza Place, fell in love with the Pizza industry. He caught the pizza bug in college when he was a night-shift manager of a local pizza joint and since then, he’s owned his fair share of pizzerias until he decided to open That Pizza Place.

That Pizza Place was founded in 2007 with an initial focus on specializing in pizza. Why the name? One quiet evening in 2006, when the restaurant was still in its beginning stages, Nasser and his daughter Nahal (who now heads up all marketing at TPP) were watching That 70’s Show. As a joke, Nahal suggested naming the new restaurant That Pizza Place, and the name stuck!

Now, almost 10 years later, we’re proud to call ourselves one of the Westside’s best lunch and dinner spots. We’ve expanded past selling just pizzas - although we still do love selling the best pie in town - and offer a wide menu of delicious sandwiches, salads, plates, and a weekly rotating menu of lunch specials. We use the freshest ingredients that we can get our hands on and always add a little TLC to each dish.
